Terms of Use

Updated 2 November 2026.

About this site

SACE ATAR is a free, independent study-planning website for South Australia and the Northern Territory. Operator identity is not currently published. These terms describe the conditions of using this website; using it does not require agreeing to optional tracking.

Use and limitations

You may use the calculator for personal study planning. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful material. Calculations run in your browser. Results are historical scenarios using the 2025 conversion table and, in grade mode, editable illustrative score assumptions. They do not predict actual scaling or certify eligibility.

Read the ATAR disclaimer and consult SATAC and your school before making admissions decisions. External sites and advertised offers have their own terms; inclusion does not mean educational endorsement. The calculator is not a professional admissions service.

Content and availability

Original site content and third-party materials have their respective owners. These terms do not grant rights to reproduce third-party images, logos, datasets or music. You may link to the site and refer to your own scenarios. Availability, features and these terms may change; the updated date identifies the current text.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Any limitation arising from the indicative nature of this tool operates only to the extent permitted by law. No blanket exclusion of liability or promise of uninterrupted, error-free operation is made.

Applicable Australian law, including South Australian law where relevant, applies without limiting mandatory protections in your jurisdiction.

Questions and complaints

The operator has not configured a public contact address or contact form. No messages can currently be submitted through this site. Operator identity and a complaints channel still need to be supplied before this information is complete.
